DESCRIPTION:These workshops center around activities with the horses at liberty and will focus on learning about how mindfulness techniques can help us to live in the present and capture moments of joy daily. \n\nHeld the third Monday of each month from 5:30pm – 7:00pm.\nLocated in the barn at Hestóvin Stables.\nAppropriate for ages 17 and up.\nMaximum of 10 spots available per workshop.\nCost is $50 per person.\nAll activities are unmounted and taught by a certified EAL instructor.\n\nCall (616) -228-4140 for more information. \n\nPlease register by the Thursday prior to the date you choose to attend. \nRegister Now
