Explore our Therapeutic Equine Services…
Welcome to Hestóvin Stables Therapeutic Riding Center
Hestóvin Stables enhances the lives of children and adults who desire to explore the emotional and social benefits of therapeutic horsemanship through safe, guided interactions with Icelandic horses. Each program focuses on forming a relationship with our equines while teaching riders proper horsemanship skills. At Hestóvin Stables, we define therapeutic horsemanship as innovative strategies to combine traditional horseback riding disciplines with therapy services which cater to participants’ diverse needs.
We created our programs with the hope that riders and equines will form partnerships where they can experience emotional and social well-being. We foster an environment where we inspire, teach and learn from each other. We give excellent care to our horses and place high standards on safety for our participants, visitors, staff, and horses. Our goal is to develop a community that offers experiences through equine therapy that will positively impact the lives of kids and adults.
We are always adding new events and programs, so please contact us to learn more about our latest programs and pricing.
Weather Closure Policy
Hestóvin Stables follows the Forest Hill Public Schools Weather Closures and will be closed when they are.
