Rates & Fees:
  • Hourly Rate:  $400/hr
  • Minimum Rental:  2 hours
  • Maximum Rental:  4 hours
  • Event Liability Insurance:  $300
    (for any event where alcohol is served)
  • Cleaning Fee:  $300
    (if cleaned by Hestóvin Stables)
  • Security Fee:  $35/hr  (if required by Hestóvin Stables)
  • Coordination Fee for Add-Ons:  $80 (see Add-On Services)
Add-On Services:

(all add-on services are subject to $80 coordination fee)

  • Catering Coordination
  • Decor Setup
  • Rentals (Stage, Tables, Chairs, etc.)

Prefer to handle some items on your own?  No problem – just let us know so we can adjust your invoice accordingly.

  • Fridays & Saturdays:  9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Sundays:  9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Booking Policy:

A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking.
