Rates & Fees:
- Hourly Rate: $400/hr
- Minimum Rental: 2 hours
- Maximum Rental: 4 hours
- Event Liability Insurance:  $300
 (for any event where alcohol is served)
- Cleaning Fee:  $300
 (if cleaned by Hestóvin Stables)
- Security Fee: $35/hr (if required by Hestóvin Stables)
- Coordination Fee for Add-Ons: $80 (see Add-On Services)
Add-On Services:
(all add-on services are subject to $80 coordination fee)
- Catering Coordination
- Decor Setup
- Rentals (Stage, Tables, Chairs, etc.)
Prefer to handle some items on your own? No problem – just let us know so we can adjust your invoice accordingly.

- Fridays & Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sundays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Booking Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking.
