My journey with horses began in West Michigan, where I was raised and first introduced to riding at age 13. By 17, I was training my own horse while working at the stable where she was boarded—an experience that not only developed my skills but also deepened my commitment to equine care and connection.
Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of barn settings, gaining hands-on experience that continues to shape my approach today. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Lake Erie College, where I majored in Equine Therapeutic Horsemanship and Equine Facility Management. I’m also certified in Equine Massage and Equine Assisted Facilitation.
At Hestóvin Stables, I’m honored to help create a space where horses support healing, growth, and meaningful relationships. I find great joy in combining practical horsemanship with therapeutic work that benefits both people and animals.
When I’m not at the barn, you’ll find me traveling, reading, going to the gym, or walking with my two dogs, Finnley and Louie. I’m so happy to be part of the Hestóvin team and passionate about helping others experience the powerful bond between humans and horses.
