I was born in the small town of Gobabis, Namibia, where I grew up on a cattle ranch for most of my childhood. After finishing high school in 2011, I had the opportunity to come to the United States on a tennis scholarship to attend Lewis Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, not knowing how to communicate in English! I graduated in 2016 from LCSC with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science / Sports Medicine Emphasis. My desire to continue my education brought me to Grand Rapids, Michigan, where I attended Davenport University and received my Master of Management degree from DU Management College of Business in 2019.
I have worked in several different areas, including health care, sports management, and community outreach programs. My desire to help build programs that will lead to positive change within our community brought me to Hestóvin Stables.
I am married and love spending time with my family, including an English Mastiff and Siberian Husky. I absolutely love the outdoors and in my free time like to play tennis, golf and cycle.
